Re: Exiles Thread.
Defensively shambolic. So easy to play through in the middle, Miz and Hayden haven't worked out how to cover each other at all.

Oh dear! Sounds like poor defending and not putting away the chances we've had. El Miz likes the crossbar!

Re: Exiles Thread.
Where to start?
Only Orient could make a team second bottom who’ve just sacked their manager look full of flair and confidence?
Makes me sad we didn’t get Wareham, he’s different gravy at this level.
First goal Stevens and Hayden at fault and Baxter should have saved it.
We simply cannot defend corners. Twice their span the ball out and had a free cross. No marking in the box.
Finally, can we take some chances? First ten mins we should have had 3. Need to be ruthless.
They are expert at losing leads but we’ve got to be more aggressive

Re: Exiles Thread.
And finally. What the f*** are we doing sneaking Wellens in at wing back for 15 mins then playing him as a ten?
Look at that bench and it’s f*cking laughable

Re: Exiles Thread.
I don't know who the defence coaches are but they should be bombed out immediatey. First Hayden tries to get all clever, loses the ball and we're one nil down. Then from an ordinary cross to a completely unmarked player two one down.
They just can't defend. Get set for a very ordinary season.

He's created at least 4 great chances in this half, bizarre to slag him offRich Tea Wellin wrote: Sat Sep 12, 2026 1:24 pm And finally. What the f*** are we doing sneaking Wellens in at wing back for 15 mins then playing him as a ten?

Complete f*cking mess. Free header.
Absolutely abysmal again today. Not sure how long we can be expected to stomach this many terrible stinkers at home.

Re: Exiles Thread.
Not that he's done particularly badly but how have we ended up with Sean Clare at LB with a squad containing Morris, Boniface and Chinedu who can play there?

Re: Exiles Thread.
Wycombe could have had 5 or 6. Miz and Hayden offering f*ck all cover to the back 4, pretty sure it was Hayden who lost his man for the third.Adz wrote: Sat Sep 12, 2026 1:39 pm I don't think we've played particularly badly, just gifted them 3 very soft goals

Re: Exiles Thread.
Does anyone think we look more assured defensively with Baxter in goal?
Maybe the problem isn't with the keeper...
