Re: JAMIE DONLEY
If he's actually kicked on from his time here and gotten some consistency into his game, then that's a great signing for them. But having flunked two loan spells in the championship, he's obviously stagnated and I'm not overly gutted he's gone to another team at this level.

Re: JAMIE DONLEY
he blew hot and cold at Oxford just like he did here. Didn't even get any time at Stoke. Imagine he'll have some stormers for Luton, but hopefully be pretty insipid when we play them.Mistadobalina wrote: Fri Aug 28, 2026 2:36 pm If he's actually kicked on from his time here and gotten some consistency into his game, then that's a great signing for them. In all seriousness, Donley doesn't start if everyone's fit.

Re: JAMIE DONLEY
Were we in for him? Wellens suggested he was looking for experience in the one or two players he hoped to bring in.
Re: JAMIE DONLEY
The poor bugger does not know who he is playing for from one week to the next.
He should tell Spurs "play me or sell me".

No, we weren't. Richie's been clear we need another 6/8, and possibly another LB/striker. None of which are going to happen while we've still got Cahill/Gordon/Craig on the wage bill.Leger Ritson wrote: Sat Aug 29, 2026 9:04 am Were we in for him? Re: JAMIE DONLEY
So much for not wanting to drop down to League 1 again . I reckon he'll do well there . Even more reason why we need to beat Bromley on Tuesday because I doubt we're going to get anything out of Luton on Saturday

Re: JAMIE DONLEY
We don’t need another 6, Iddy can play there. We do need another 8 tho, for sure. That could have been Donley.E10quence wrote: Sat Aug 29, 2026 11:35 amNo, we weren't. That video takes the piss. They’re both gonna cop it next Saturday.
