I assume Olowu will be out if he did have concussion, so wonder if Richie's going to persist with back 5 or switch back to a 4.
GK - Baxter
RB - Stevens
CB - Gilchrist
CB - Forrester
CB - Chinedu
LB - Morris
CM - Hayden
CM - Mizouni
CM - Gilbert
AMC/ST - Connolly
ST - Scarlett
Subs
1 - Phillips
2 - Clare
3 - Wellens
4 - Springett
5 - Dobra
6 - Kabia
7 - Akhamrich

Agree with it all but I think Theo has been hard done by and think he should be on the bench. Was excellent after a year and a half out this time last year, clearly has ability and proven under Richie. Hasn’t been great this year but he hasn’t been terrible. Played out of position either up top or at left back. Maybe it’s the sentimental bias but he should be on the bench

Wednesday to Saturday is a painfully short turnaround.
Scarlett won’t be able to start again, several others will also be doubtful - Alan, Forrester for starters.
I’d go back to a 4-2-3-1:
Stevens Gilchrist Forrester Morris
Iddy Gilbert
Akhamrich Dobra Springett
Kabia
Chinedu on for Forrester when required after 60 mins or so. Hayden to come on at the same time.

Wednesday-Saturday is the same amount of days as Saturday-Tuesday, which the players do on a regular basis.

Mitchell coming up on the ranks re ‘2 weeks’, take some doing to beat Ollie’s record though

Love Theo but he has been absolutely pi55 poor whenever he’s come on this season.
Maybe needs to go in the Jan window or be loaned out to L2/NL

Same amount of sleeps for recovery, but it’s less hours.
It’s also off the back of a game the Saturday before. All the players I’ve listed obviously have to be monitored closely given where they’re at and their histories.

Playing full backs as wing backs really limits our attack

Playing non league standard footballers at wing back also limits our attack.

Cannot believe Wellens is starting.
Are we playing 5-3-2 with Wellens at RWB or 4-4-2 (or 4-1-2-1-2)?

Think it’s going to be Wellens at RWB
5-3-2

Wellens at rwb makes some sense but surely Chinedu is better then Stevens at CB who’s better at rwb than Wellens. The fact he’s starting with that bench is mental regardless

Oh please, let's get away from this nonesense; Our No.25 playing anything above National League South is embarrassing. And his commitment, let alone ability, wouldn't get him there.

We are becoming a laughingstock now.
Junior has played over 40 league games for us now. Been ok in about 5 and completely useless in the rest. Richie would’ve boco’d any other player like that within 8 matches
