Greetings from Western Australia. Raining here!

Great to have Aaron back. Pretty much full strength I would say?

Home win please.

I know it`s only "on paper," but I can`t remember last time we had such strong line up.

Agree, the only player you could say might be first eleven is Ollie. Let’s hope it shows on the pitch. On paper a terrific attack.

Happy with that lineup today. Before HA says it, it’s mental that CW makes the bench ahead of Oyekunle or Theo. Is Clare injured?

Midfield set up looks well off already. Blackpool are playing right through us.

We need a central three of Gilbert, Hayden, El Miz.

Doesn't work with Akhamrich, as much as I love him as a player.

Those long throws are reason enough to keep Gilchrist in the team.

Blackpool have been much better than us. Bit of a goal out of nowhere and hopefully they lose confidence. Surprised they are down there. Their le FC tat back and number 8 are quality

Baxter really needs to sort himself out.

Is it only me who's disappointed with Hayden, I was expecting a similar impact to Gilbert, especially as he's been made captain?

It's been a poor performance tbh. Midfield set up looks well off and our pressing has been dreadful, Blackpool playing out of situations that should be risky for them. We have two of the best wingers in the league and they haven't been getting the ball in dangerous areas.

Hayden legs just aren't there as well. Can't cover nearly enough ground defensively in a two man midfield and offers little in possession.

Gilbert and Forrester have been very good at least.

Yeah, he doesn't show for the ball enough - Gilbert seems to be the only one who is giving the central defenders a forward passing option.

Nailed it, structure looks off.

Agree with all of this. Get el miz on for Hayden.

Akhamrich and Connolly (to an extent) are wasted playing as two tens and the only time they get the ball is when they pull wide. Suspect it’s because Kabia isn’t good enough to hold the ball on his own.

Still, we are winning. I’ll take it

As I said earlier in the thread, Akhamrich isn't really in the game, better to have El Miz in the middle to support Gilbert and Hayden.
